Top 10 Free Business Listing Sites

There are several places on the web where you can get your business listed for free.  This serves several purposes:
  • Establishes Web Presence
  • Link Back to your Website
  • Free Advertising
Some of these sites, such as MerchantCircle, give their members the ability to create a blog, coupons and merchandise listings for their products and services.  Many times these sites are free to join and it only takes 5-10 minutes to set up an account.  Other sites have collect information regularly from different sources and you must claim your business and correct the information  presented (it is rarely correct at first go). 

This month I will be exploring the many 'must be listed on' sites and creating a list at the bottom of this blog for quick reference.   Here are the top 10 Free Business Listing Site resources:
